Sukidito.ph is committed to protecting consumer rights in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and related regulations.

Our return and refund policy ensures fair treatment for both buyers and sellers, providing transparency and security in every transaction.

Return Eligibility

You may return items if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The item received is different from the description or photos
  • The item is counterfeit or fake
  • The seller failed to deliver the item within the agreed timeframe

Return Period:

  • Defective/Damaged items: Within 7 days from receipt
  • Wrong item received: Within 7 days from receipt
  • Change of mind: Not applicable unless seller offers it
Return Process
  1. Initiate a return request through your order history or contact the seller directly
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue (defects, damage, wrong item)
  3. Seller will review and approve/decline the return within 48 hours
  4. If approved, ship the item back using the seller's preferred courier
  5. Once seller receives and verifies the return, refund will be processed

Important:

Return shipping costs are covered by the seller if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. For change of mind returns (if offered by seller), buyer covers shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
  • GCash/Maya: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Dispute Resolution

If you cannot resolve an issue directly with the seller, you may escalate the dispute to Sukidito.ph for mediation. Our team will review the case and work towards a fair resolution within 7-14 business days.
